The Facts

We both grew up as Air Force brats and have lived all over the world. We met at work in the D.C. area in 2000 and pretty much fell for each other immediately.  We married on Sept. 5, 2004 in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in St. Louis, MO.    We also have the two best rescued mix-breed dogs in the world. Current residence: gorgeous Tampa, FL

Lest there be any doubt in your mind that we are two of the most awesome people in the world

The Trivia

1. • Phil was a model in a Japanese advertising campaign for the Tokyo Dome
   

2. • Brandi went to the Hollywood premiere of Nicholas Cage's movie, "National Treasure" - and got to go to the after-party, too.  (Jon Voight gave me a hug!)
   

3. • Phil worked in the Green Zone in Baghdad for 7 months...and spent his fair share of time in the basement when they had mortars incoming!
   

4. •Phil also worked in Bahrain for 6 months, but it was much safer than Baghdad!
   

5. • Brandi fell through the ceiling/attic floor in our Belleville house, landing on the concrete garage floor (who does that?!)
   

6. • Phil was a last-minute altar boy at a Greek Orthodox wedding in Uzes, France in 2004
   

7. • We swam with dolphins in Jamaica
   

8. • Brandi won a belly dance competition in Istanbul, Turkey
   

9. • We saw Phil Jackson shopping at a local convenience store while vacationing in Playa del Rey, California
   

10. • Our fathers worked with each other on a continual basis over the phone - each from a different continent - years before the two of us met
    

11. • Brandi's asthma was so terrible as a child (emergency room visits several times a week) that her parents weren't sure she was going to live
    

12. • Brandi was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2007
